Middle chrome piece is now black.
First coat of silver is sprayed on the top plastic piece.
I have taken some material off the bottom plastic piece. I plan on changing it's look or building something else.

So I've gotten the bumper back together and back on the truck. I haven't finished the bottom part but it'll do for now.

I've added a before and after for a comparison.

My ECGS goddies should be arriving tomorrow! I'll be doing a walkthrough of changing that needle bearing out. Might even do some video as well.

After that I have that rear diff pinion seal to replace, and then some surface rust repair, namely the front hood, rocker panels, bottom parts of the doors and the tailgate. All of those panels will be sprayed with the "original" body color.

Probably one of the better threads on the forum!

I would suggest military style battery terminals.

Friday I received my ECGS order.
Short story is I did the install and the vibration is not totally gone but the front end is more solid. I'll update with the whole story soon.

Yesterday I drained the Front Diff Fluid and refilled it with some new 75w90 synthetic.
Kinda scary. What came out of the diff was less that half a pop (sofa) can of nasty fluid.
I put in 2L of new fluid.
The seal on the drivers side was leaking. I had replaced the seal when I did the bushing install.
The drain and fill plugs were dirty so I cleaned them up before reinstalling them.
For future reference please not the different tools needed for the fill and drain plugs.
