To provide some clarification with regards the symptoms I'm observing.
The vibration exists a speeds of 65mph +
And it exists regardless of whether I'm on the throttle or not.

I can't be sure. One thing I know is if you have play like the video, it needs to be replaced. You may have other issues causing the vibration but you got to eat the elephant one bite at a time. Replace the carrier bearing and continue from there :notsure:

Good lord, I'm back to solving my vibration issues all over again.
The two complaints I have for the truck is:
    1. The vibration, which is minor but it worries me
    2. The huge decrease in fuel economy.

I can't believe a set of leaf springs and shocks have reduced my fuel economy. It could just be in my head but I thought I could get 450kms per tank now my best is 400kms per tank.
Just did the calculations and I'm getting 16.21 mpg

A sudden drop from a lift? Maybe but I was getting 17ish on 33's. Maybe the lift in the rear shifted a bunch of crap in your fuel tank to the pump...

    Good thought.
I did empty the tank completely in order to have it repaired. I don't think there's any debris in the tank, I eye balled it and the pickup myself.

Haha, I was halfway joking... Pull and check the spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, clean the maf, etc.... Little easy things like that can drop the fuel milage but who knows, could be the lift. Maybe put the rear drive shaft out of wack causing a lot of energy to go into those vibrations you are feeling?

    Could be true.
I put new plugs in it when I did the last bit of work to it. I did have an issue with one of the wires so I have some mix matched wires going on (2 bosch or something and 1 oem toyota). Do you think that could cause an issue?
I think the air filter could be changed. I cleaned it recently and it didn't look spectacular. I'll look into cleaning the maf.

    Thanks for the tips Chris.
