That’s a lot of money for a lawn mower. IMHO.

 

yea, it is, I think its just packaged/sold together, not any kind of combo deal. those batteries are $250 each, which makes the mower $500. on the higher end of the electric lawn mower price range, but not exorbitant.

I have a Ryobi 40V mower than I paid like $250 for, and it works great for me.

 

I got a nice Honda gas mower for free from someone who was switching to electric.

Dear Team Red,

Do any of you have an over-abundance of M18 chargers? I dropped and broke the one I carry around to work sites, and would love to pick up a new one on the cheap.

 

Sorry- just tossed, probably a half-dozen M12 chargers in the donation pile for our club's fund-raiser swap-meet, but M18, especially the non Rapid Charger version is scarce!

 

I've got an extra in the closet you can have I think, ill take a look when I get home

 

I have two permanently mounted, one in the house and one in the shop. I have my rapid charger in my portable tools group. If I had one more I would part with it. I have 4 extra M12 chargers though!

 

Yep, I'm absolutely swimming in M12's... I've got enough M18 batteries if I would just be proactive and charge them when I get to the office, but I'm too dumb. I charge them all up at once and then run them until they're all dead and I'm stranded

 

I may or may not have chucked a dead battery in my bag instead of charging it today

Picked up some battery hangers. These are very high quality and I recommend, the M18 ones lock the battery in.
