Thanks, will check it. Might need to just buy one or two things local as I'm not 100% sure what my final setup will be.

Work on a utility pipe crew who abuses every tool they get. The latest victims are a set of Dewalt battery tools. The pipe layers grumble and moan about the rattle guns and sawzall. The only thing they like is the grinder lol. That picture is from torquing down some megalugs on an 8” water main. It’s the third one in 3 months they went through that broke. If you want something tested give it to a pipe crew and they’ll tell you what they think

I’ve bolted some stuff to it *lists cool stuff here*

No doubting you there, waaay more than I’ll put my personal stuff through! I’m in no way a Milwaukee hater, in fact I get to use them all the time as everything at work is. We also have some large stuff around the site.. lots of abuse

I shut down my entire facility today for 30seconds. Probably have to scrap 4million in materials. Fun day.

It wasn’t actually me it was our power company when energizing a new transformer.

Got nothing against either one of them. I just like Milwaukee better. Had the ole 20v Dewalt line for years and those tools were bulletproof till the batteries started going bad. I contemplated getting an adapter for the new battery and decided I wanted new stuff. My brother gave me a red skill saw and I already had an M18 grease gun I bought from a buddy who broke his neck and needed some cash so I went red. I do have a couple Dewalt air compressors

You say that like its a bad thing....haha

I swear by my Milwaukee 18V full line of tools, especially my large M18V flashlight/floodlight $99/tool only- worth every penny especially paired with the XC battery. I do large scale building inspections for work, oftentimes in the darkest corner in vacant places with no electricity. The M18 flashlight lasts all day.

M18V 1/2" impact wrench will twist off everything you're apt to encounter working on your tacoma and makes tire swaps quick and easy.

Skip the M18V vacuum- look its a "great idea" for weekend truck clean ups but the $15 Walmart dust buster will out suck your M18 vacuum....yes pun intended there

The Milwaukee 28V line is well beyond what anyone in this forum needs unless you're drilling holes in masonry for a living. But I swear by my M28V rotary hammer drill for work. She gets it all done with life left to spare.

Get in the habit of PROPERLY storing and inspecting your batteries for cracks and they'll last you for years.

Keep an eye out for future battery recycling incentives, word coming down indicates that manufacturers will likely offer a cash "rebate" if you bring old battery back. They're trying to keep the bigger lithium ion technology batteries out of landfills as they're discovering they are prone to starting fires.

Month or 2 ago they had a deal on a tire inflator that a lot of my friends got and love it. Set the pressure and leave it on. Didn’t get around to getting one and now kicking myself for it. Might get one full price just cuz

I'd kind of like to keep the fast charger but for $250 everything is all yours. Hell I'll figure out how to print the order info from HD for possible warranty issues down the road.

Almost on par with my Stihl BGA86. Friend has one and loves it. I might grab one for a secondary blower.

The M18 blower certainly does....Google a search the video where I guy turns a milwaukee blower loose and it actually goes airborne. That video ranks up there with the concrete whirlybird video

    Road trip, lol.
Its quite a good trimmer, definatly comparable to my former echo pas 225 homeowner weedeater, the only thing I didn't love is when refilling the trimmer head you have to straighten the first 4-5 inches, I imagine with practice it gets easier. This is the one I bought and it comes with a backup head.
