Put me down as a "probable" on this one. I might wait to wire my new lights at this instead of f'ing it up myself. I already mounted the lights and ran the lead wires behind the grill, just need to wire up the harness to the new 6-device fuse block, install the 100A circuit breaker, and put in the new switch. I'll bring my Dremel and wiring stuff.

Not bi-xenons no.. but I ordered my low beam HIDs and hopefully they will be here by Sunday. I'm putting them in my projectors so I'm sure we can figure it out. they should be close to the same. Just a ballast, wiring harness, and thats it really.

It would sound that way wouldnt it ;)

Currently its all hooked up, grounded, etc. BUT, the low beams only work when the high beams are on. Nothing happens at all on low beams.

Sweet, I would appreciate the second set of eyes so I don't botch it up! Sierra Expeditions wired my PIAA fogs so I haven't really played with much in the way of wiring in my truck yet with the exception of the stereo. My only real concern is making room through the firewall through one of the grommets and still keeping a good seal. Everything else is just time consuming because I want to redo everything to the new fuse block I picked up yesterday. Glad I have a giant can of zip ties.

I used I wire hanger.. used pliers and bent and pinched closed a tiny loop on the end. Fed it through the gromet under and to the left of the brake pedal, then hooked the wires that I needed for the switch to the loop, and pulled it back through. The seal is still great because you can feel when you push the wire hanger through and back. Running the wires was the most time consuming. Making sure they are where you want them and not tangled.
