@Pelfreybilt / @mh.meier (sent Mike an email via Michael@pelfreybilt.com, but wanted to be sure I didn't provide incorrect info for the group).

For the TW members on this thread, this is what I'm tracking so far, please correct me if I am mistaken or add-to for clarification/specifics:

TW: seoulja99 (2012 DCSB): Standard rear bumper with swing-out gate, powder coated with camera mount AND Pair of Baja Designs S2 Pro LED Flood/Work Flush Mount
TW: @DEDAFLO670 (Manuel, 2015 TRD Sport): front and rear bumpers
    TW: @Bob1sh (Zac, 2017 SR V6 4x4 DCSB): Bolt-on sliders
TW: @kakwvu (Kyle, 2016 DCSB TRD OR): bumpers?
TW: @Honeybadger415 (Ty, 2005-2015): Tacoma Standard Rear Bumper with Gate
TW: @babyblockTACO (Kai, 2016): Standard rear bumper w/powder coating and parking sensor fill plates, pair of S2 Pro LED floods, and aluminum bare IFS skid. Possibly an aluminum mid skid?
Non-TW: Kai also has a friend interested in a set of bolt-on sliders for a 4runner?
    TW: @LogCabins (Robert, 99 SR5 3.4L 4WD): 1st gen rear swing out -- if available???
TW: @Vanguard (Brooks, 2013 TRD Sport 4x4): Aluminum tank skid -- unless his went on lose_money's (Dean) order placed in January/February?
TW: @cubiclesurfer (Sheldon, 2014 TRD Sport 4x4): Mid skid -- unless his also went on lose_money's order placed in January/February?

There was also mention of orders for HC rears with gates earlier in this thread (post #22). Is the plan to add those onto this pallet?

Just trying to get this ball rolling again.

I'm even tempted to just place my order and split the cost with everyone else who is ready to order right now whatever that may be.

    Got a reply from Mike.
Quote: "I am gonna start a feeler here in the next 2 weeks and plan a GB for April."

I replied to see if we can get this started sooner.

For the recent folks that responded (@DEDAFLO and @Bob1sh), would you be interested in placing the order in now and split the shipping amongst the three of us? Not sure if we'll get any discounts, but...that's what I get for being impatient. LOL.

I didn't place an order yet. to be honest, I can't even keep track of what orders are coming in and what's just a feeler at this point.

No worries. Thanks for the response.

I need a total price quote before I commit to buy anything first. I'm looking for the bare minimum slider as well, no fill plates, and no coating plus shipping cost.

    Hey Zac,
Shipping costs are given at the end of the group buy (GB), once all parts are loaded on the pallet and weighed/measured.

So, there are two separate transactions: one for the parts, and the other for shipping.

To estimate cost for parts, you can refer to the first post of this thread for an idea of what the discount will be. (Hope those are still valid when Mike decides to do this GB.) Then, go to their website and get the cost of the parts you want (not including the cost to powdercoating or Line-X; but I see you want the sliders bare). Bust out a calculator and do the math. That should give you the cost of the part(s).

I'm sure guys who have bought just sliders can give you an idea of what they paid for shipping. But it varies, depending on the size of the pallet and how many people are in the GB.

Also, I highly recommend having Pelfreybilt powdercoat or Line-X for you. They have very affordable third parties that do great work (can't vouch for Line-X, but powdercoating is very well done). Local shops cost more, and rattle canning doesn't last unless you really take the time to sandblast or sand/prep the parts for the primer and paint to stick well.

Just my two cents. I don't work for Pelfreybilt but so far, I've gone through two group buys with them and both experiences have been pleasing.

Got my invoice for shipping today from the original mini group buy so im guessing it logistically it wasn't feasible to add on orders

    Hey Dean,
Does this mean that you paid shipping for just your parts and no other parts were on your pallet?

Damn. Too bad my rear bumper couldn't get on that. I would have split the shipping with you! LOL.

Well, glad you got your shipping invoice -- another step/day closer to modding!
Rear bumpers with gates have a lead time of 12-14 weeks. :goingcrazy:
