Need some advice. I got into a minor accident, where my front end was slightly damaged. My bull bar seemed to absorb most of the impact. Since the damage was relatively minor, I am going to do the work myself. The insurance company is giving me $3K to repair/replace parts, according to their appraiser's rates. I have begun to find oem parts cheaper online, so I'm coming up with a "stock" estimate of my own, but wanted to use this as an opportunity as much as possible to make it better than stock. Looking for advice on trustworthy parts websites (right now I'm looking at toyotapartsoverstock.com, since they are oem and have good prices), mods, and anything I may not be thinking of (I don't know what I don't know). Right now I'm curious if I can swing a satoshi grille, TRS hids, and maybe an upgrade to the PIAAs I had on there. What do you guys think?

No, I can't just leave it as is. There is actual damage that needs fixing. My goal is to replace the correct parts, but work in some upgrades for parts I would have to buy anyway.

Like an ARB? I have to look at cost and I guess I'd go for chrome. I'm still working on the stock cost at the moment. I need to get this number to use as a baseline for comparison. Then I will start pricing mods. If anyone knows of any mods that will allow me to save on parts I would otherwise have to buy to put it back to stock, please sound off. So for example, buying a plate bumper would save on the stock bumper (obviously I wouldn't need to buy it in addition to the plate bumper), but are there other things I am not thinking of? Would it mean not having to buy some of the mounts for the stock bumper? Etc. The legwork in researching all this for many mods would be pretty heavy, so advice from those who have done some of the suggested mods is definitely appreciated.

Okay, here's a screenshot of stock parts cost, with listing of what needs replaced. What it amounts to is, if I do a satoshi grille, my old grille can be reused, saving 186.26, and there are a couple of other parts that might be salvagable... Total is about $565 for necessary new parts (I assume; if anyone sees something unnecessary, please let me know), leaving me $2435 to work with. Some of this may be needed for special tools, but I have a pretty good mechanic's set, and I don't anticipate the need for this, so... What kind of mods can I do with $2435?

A new plate bumper is like 1000$ before shipping.

Well, as of now I'm definitely including a satoshi grille and trs morimoto minis. $1K before shipping would mean I could only do one, and I don't like doing a thing if I can't do it all the way. So I guess I'm out on the plate bumper. It would have been mostly for looks anyway, especially on the front.
