So randomly last week the air bag and seat belt light started flashing every time I drove the truck. Took it to Toyota today and they pulled the codes. Showed occupant detection undone from collision detected. Only issue is that this truck hasn't been in any collision, fender bender, nothing. Luckily they were able to re-calibrate the detection system and it reset the lights.

They ended up calling Toyota because they couldn't figure out what caused the lights to trigger and even HQ couldn't figure it out. They said they would research the issue further and call me back with any findings, but this was the first time they've seen this happen. Maybe just a glitch, but at least the lights are off now. This is the first issue I've had since re-calibrating the tranny nearly 2 years ago.

Hopefully it was just some kind of quirk and is fixed for good now.
