I fucked up last night. Was making a U-turn in the street and couldn't quite make it. Instead of stopping to do a 3-point turn, I thought I'd just plow over this tiny juniper at the park. I know, I know, it was a prick move. The juniper looked like pretty small, but I ended up hitting more of it than I anticipated. It must've had a big trunk or branch because it really f'd my car up pretty good.

Mostly this front corner piece is dented (see pics below), but the branch also put a hole in the panel and the black plastic piece on the front of the bumper. I think I can get this thing looking 85% better if I can just pop out the dent on the front corner panel. Does anyone know how to pop that piece off? Is it something that can be done easily? My truck is pushing 9 years old, so I don't need a perfect repair. Would rather just handle this myself if possible.

Any help on this or other ideas would be much appreciated! I will try to drive like less of an asshole in the future.

I fixed a panel like this on my wifes car by pouring boiling hot water on it for a few minutes and pushing it out with a peice of pipe from the back side of the panel. Popped right out with no problem. Can't even tell it was ever dented in.
