Just installed a mirror riser made by BirdDog Industries.

I was on the fence about the purchase but thought I'd give it a try.

The finish, install and results are pretty fantastic. I am 5'9" and feel like I see a bit high through the windscreen and the mirror always seemed just a bit in the way.

I am a type- a skeptic but totally sold now after installing and comparing before and after. This is not a review per se.....just wanted to suggest you put this on your mod list...

I've got the same one and am extremely pleased with it. At 6' tall it's a necessity.

maybe this is a dumb question but since this riser isn't available is there any reason removing and relocating button higher wouldn't work? on the fence of just getting rid of it since half the time view through mirror is blocked anyway

I haven't had my mirror attached to the relocation in years. I use it for a RAM mount for my phone.
For me, the rear view mirror is useless since I have a camper on the truck with the rear window blacked out.

@hajduke13 - I would just relocate your existing mirror if you don't desire for the extra RAM mount capability of the BirdDog … if you can find one.

There is actually a member on here who is currently making new versions of this. Of course I can't remember his user name right now.
