I tapped into the rear view mirror for a V1 Gen2 and crossed the wires initially. I now have the detector working but all my constant on options aren’t working until the truck is started. I can’t seem to find a fuse that is blown. Trying real hard not to take it in to the dealer.

Yes , still nothing. No remote door locks doesn’t keep anything in memory. No emergency flashers. Anything you can run with the truck off is not working until I start it.

I'd start by checking ALL the fuses under the hood and behind the dash.

What wire did you tap into? I could look at a diagram and possibly help you out.

The rear view mirror. There are three wires, the blue is the constant on. Beige is power with ignition on and the white/black is ground. I crossed the two power, which is the issue. It has to be a fuse(I hope)

This is the schematic for a 2016. But the Blue wire is also shown as unswitched here. So maybe it's the same fuse in your truck? What year is your truck?

Here is the wiring diagram (for a 2017). Check those two fuses first.

Look for that "10amp ECU-B No. 3" fuse shown near the left side on the schematic. Sorry, I don't know the physical location of the fuse.

I mistakenly crossed the blue and white wires on my rearview mirror too, ugh!! Thank you all for offering the solution and pointing out that it was a fuse, and where it was located. This has been eating me up all day and it solved my problem!
