Mirror wiring harness question/help

Have a 2015 dbl cab. Want to add 2013 4 runner mirrors w puddle and turn signal. This picture is my current wiring to mirror. Three wires below go to mirror adjustment. Does the blue w white stripe and white w black stripe work the turn signals? Cannot get power to this wire (blue or white). Does it exist with out a fuse for power since my truck doesn't have signals in there? Where would this wire terminate and have a fuse? Help from those who might know would be appreciated.
