    Bilstein 5100's on all four corners. Front set @ 0 with OME 883x coils. Alcon leaf springs. Viper Alarm. Wet Okole seat covers. WeatherTech Floor liners front and back. Oem Toyota chrome exhaust tip. ARE Shell. America Outlaw Wheels.
    Yeah I did the same thing about 12 years ago. I had a 86 4x4 reg. cab yota PU. Lifted and all tricked out. At that time I wonted a 99 dodge ram 4x4. BIG mistake. It too was in the shop more then in my garage. After 2 and the half years I got rid of it and got my tacoma that I have now. And have not looked back!!!:)

    Sorry to hear man, I came from a Chevy not too many issues in 12 yrs of owning it. You did have a sweet looking 1st gen.

    I came from a 96 Chevy 1500, lift, 33'' nothing outrageous ..tranny went out at 140k. transfer case shortly after. AC compressor went out before 160k. Replaced all suspension parts, it took a lot of work. The mechanic that rebuilt the tranny said they usually go out before 160k. All of this and 13mpg.. don't miss it at all.

    I actually had a 1999 Chevy Tahoe before getting my Taco, and I had many issues with my Tahoe, I had to replace the transmission on it with about 85,000 miles on it, I had to replace numerous alternators, replaced the fuel pump, I was so glad to get out of that piece of shit and get back into a Toyota just like my whole family
