Went out to pick up some oil and beer tonight. When I got home and got to work on my other car I opened my garage and noticed that the front bumper insert was missing from my truck.

Has anyone had one of these fall out? Or is it more likely that it was stolen?

Anyone had to replace one yet and know what they cost?

To top it off, when I was looking at it I noticed my headlight is full of water after we got blasted with rain this week in NorCal.

Warranty the headlight so you good there.

As for the bumper you got jacked man...

No way that shit came off alone, taking it off is hard as heck with all those clips..... doubt it just fell off

I feel like that plastic piece would have been stolen, I have no idea how that could have reasonably come off. No idea on cost. Looks like a good opportunity to put on a LoPro bumper.

Calling the dealer first thing in the morning for a price quote/to get them to get a headlight on order (under warranty.)

    Yes, it was black.

Totally planned on getting a winch mount anyway... what companies make a mount that replaces that whole piece other than C4?

C4, southern style off-road (what I have), and relentless fab I believe.

Here's a good thread comparing them.

Have you changed your headlights? I've noticed that aftermarket bulbs dont seal as good as the stock bulbs. As far as your plastic piece it won't fall off unless you hit something, more than likely stolen.

I asked if it was black because it seems like most people is after that look. They are hard to remove though. I swapped mine out for a black one and there is two blue retainer clips that is kind of hard to reach, looks like that bastard knew what he was doing

I was in the auto parts store for 15 mins and the grocery store for 10. If that's when it was stolen they work quickly.

I don't see how that piece can be easily stolen without opening the hood and removing the grills to access the 2 blue clips behind the bumper piece.

You can't exactly just yank that piece off w/o a lot of force. And if you did do that, you'll most likely break the clips making that bumper piece kinda useless.

I have read that, the piece can pop off if someone taps your bumper though.

Or use a PUBLIC link when posting the pics. Link seems like they're in Google? Probably only good if we're logged into google with your credentials.
