Just curious as to what buttons/options would fill these blanks....

I know the button blanks on the right side of the steering wheel is for the JBL radio bluetooth controls, but what about the two blanks on the left?

ok...thanks for the info. having the rear locker would of been nice. I do not do much towing so not having the hill assist is alright.

Couldn't find a picture in my quick search, but on the Toyota Website, there is a virtual tour you can view. Click here and pause it when it passes the buttons. You can see what it says.

Those buttons are functional in the TRD Off-Road edition. But, some make use of the button slots for other mods.

I wish I was able to disable the traction control on mine... I have only used the Fog Light button on my options.. Never needed the RR Diff lock, DAC or the Outlet in the bed..

What traction control... you have an 05 TRD Off-Road. All you should have is an open diff with the selectable rear e-locker.

Hill assist uses brakes off road to keep speed at about 3 mph using brakes, or hill start that allows you to move foot from brake to accelerator while holding brakes for you so you don't roll back. Used for steep off road use only.
