Missing Top front Part of my truck Bed on my 2021 Tacoma

I could use some help finding a part for my 2021 Tacoma. It seems that the top front part of the bed is missing from my truck, and I’m seeking advice on how to locate this part. I’ve attached a photo to show the exact area that’s missing. If anyone has information on where I could find this specific part or any suggestions on what it might be called in order to search more effectively, your input would be greatly appreciated.

So is that not a stock part? I feel like if it was an accessory it would be a lot easier to find.

 

You're looking for the header rail sub assembly.

And here are the end caps (if not included with the above PN):

Since the rail is described as a subassembly, it probably includes the end caps, but I'm not positive about that.

Wow. Wonder what happened to that? Did you buy the truck like that or is that now another high value theft item on Tacomas? Glad you got the part number.

 

Not sure what year they stopped sending them with but, I had to buy mine, for my 2019 Sport. Ski

 

All trucks should of come with that part. The accessory track is the part they stopped adding.

Yep what he said. Was just getting ready to post the same thing. Zoom in where the passenger side bed rail meets the front of the bed. Very weird that that is even taken off.

 

You’ll have a great chance finding a used one at local wreck yards, 16-23 years should all be same for that part

 

ah, didn't see that. been quite a while since i've looked that closely at the front of my bed. i thought he was just asking for the missing accessory rail

I got it certified pre-owned from the dealership about a month ago. Sent them an email yesterday after seeing the cost, and they said they’ll replace it.

 

Damn good on them….
