Well OP, I believe you now. So that's really odd - you have the supply and return lines (red arrows below) as if you had an AT air cooler and yet you don't have the cooler. On the grille side, where do those two lines go?

This is my transmission air cooler:

OP like others have said take it to a local dealer and see what they tell you. Wonder if any other 2020 V6 owner with AT is having the same issue.

I'm going to say there is no way they missed putting it on at the factory. Something else is going on here just not sure what .

I went for service one time and they didn't have the part in stock, so they said they took it off another vehicle on the lot.

Could it be they did this with the ATF cooler on the OPs vehicle?

I also need to apologize to the OP for thinking he was full of crap for 4 pages.

Masterofnone, no apology needed. It seems to be a unique situation. My salesman said “you have it . I said I absolutely do not have it. After I sent him proof he now believes me

The first 16 I ordered, the dealer overlooked the tow package. Made them give me a written IOU for piecing it together if I was taking that truck.

They ended up buying me out of that truck 2500 miles later and swapping me into a new one with the tow package because of how horrendously expensive they figured out it would be putting together the engine, power steering & trans cooler kits, plus hitch and wiring harness.

In all seriousness if you have all the other components of the tow package, aftermarket trans coolers are cheap, much larger and more effective.

This is true.. If you are that worried about trans temps while towing whatever heavy trailer you're towing, you might be further ahead just going straight to an aftermarket cooler

I'm a dealer tech for another brand vehicle and this happens more then I would like to admit. I once had to assembly a seat from scratch because another "tech" swapped a heated and cooled seat into a vehicle that didn't have those options because that customer was upset about a leather issue. Now the guy who bought the car two months with heated and cooled seats didn't have either of those features and still had messed up leather. Needless to say, the there are no interchangeable parts from that two seats, so I had to piece together a seat, from foam, to leather, heating element, control module for heated seat, ducts and fan for cooling, even the head rest was different, to the tune of 4k dollars. The dealer has to eat that, and it comes out of the managers profit bonus. He was not happy that day.

Maybe it was a very late build 2019 that they slapped a 2020 date on, thus no standard cooler as for 2020's ?

Here is a possibility. On the build order as it was keyed in or whatever they do on the assembly line it was entered erroneously as a 6 sp. manual, therefore no cooler. What do you think

Nah, it has the two lines installed for that cooler, those aren't there otherwise. I half expect you to find there is just a hose jumping the supply and return hard lines to together. Just peek through the grille and get a shot with your phone where those two lines pass through.
