This. Is. Awesome! I'm going to try to get 37's on my truck hopefully by then. Would love to clear them with 3" lift and fiberglass fenders and bedsides. Maybe we Could prep my wheel wells and firewall to clear the tires. Anyone want to buy my tires I have now? 245/75/r16 Michellen XRadial LT2 have about 90% tread and in great shape.

Damn, 37's will be a chore.
Depending on my schedule I may be able to help, we have some tools and we should have a welder.
I can weld if needed, and I can probably do the cab mount chop, never messed with clearencing a firewall though.

I'll PM you my number so we can keep in touch better.

A chore they will be. With military take offs being so easy to get a hold of and super cheap I figure why not. 500 bucks for 4 37's is a lot cheaper then 285's and depending on the tire cheaper then 265's also. And life's to short to take the easy route.

Yeah, definitely inexpensive compared to MTR's or other comparable tires.

BFG Baja T/A in 37/12.5/r16.5 in load range D for $500. That's a deal you can't beat. $300 for the wheels to mount them one isn't bad either

Where along the coast can you park on the beach? Sounds like gulf shores is a no.

Y'all think $500 is fair for my wheels and tires with 90% tread?

Go down the fort morgan peninsula next time you're in gulf shores. There's a few places to drive onto the beach, you just have to know where to look.

I'm thinking of starting a small business doing vehicle maintenance and repair, and welding jobs if any of y'all need something done or know someone who needs something done let me know, I can install suspension, do brakes, coolant flushes, brake jobs, oil changes, etcetera.

My welding services so far will be shock relocations and CMC's on 2nd gens.

Welcome Eathan, truck looks good. Jake if you ever need any help let me know. I've thought of opening a shop that specializes on toyota trucks. Maybe just tacomas. So if you need a hand shoot me a text and if I'm available I'll be right over.

Letting locals have first shot at this.
Selling my 18" barrel for my AR-15, 1-8" twist, HBAR profile, mid-length gas system, 223 wylde chambering so it can shoot 5.56 or .223, has less than 150 rounds through it.
Asking $150 OBO, or trade for a 14.5" or 16" barrel chambered in 5.56.

Saw a jeep get pulled over today entering Diamondhead after school for having red halos on his headlights. As he passed I pointed it out to my friend and said "that's illegal". Looped back around and saw him pulled over. Sadly the best color lights are reserved for first responders.
