Hit a pine tree (8-10" diameter) at about 15MPH and bent my bumper in, I think I can pull it back with the tractor and some heat, Sheared a tab on the alignment thingie so my alignment is all fucked up, and the hoops came back and hit the hood and fender, but the fender is a lot worse than the hood.
I'll post pics in a minute.

 

I think I'm gonna need to pull the winch and put a bottle jack in there to bend it back.

 

And my engine seized while I was out on a trail. Still haven't figured out the cause.

 

Geez guys! Went wheeling last weekend but nothing like that happened.

 

I think mine was just bad luck from the guys riding with me, one rear ended a person 2 weeks ago in the Chevy, and the other had his car catch fire on Wednesday.

 

Been working on my rear bumper the past couple weeks. Added to the wrap around protection and tied it back to the frame. Also changed my swing out to a dual swing out so that it clears trailers and doesn't have so much weight on one side of the bumper.

 

Also started working in skid plates.

 

Looks awesome man!

 

This is kinda depressing, sadly the parts won't be in until Monday and that's when it's supposed to rain.

Yeah I work in laurel and live in jones county. That where you're from?

 

I live down in Bay St. Louis but my grandparents live in elisville right across from merchant park.

I spent an average of 5 weeks a year in ellisville when I was growing up because my family would always drive from San Diego (where we used to live) to my grandparents house for the beginning of shrimp season, the start of deer season, and to spend thanksgiving day with all our family in Ms.

I really like the jones county area and considered going to JCJC before I went to PRCC.

 

That's awesome! I live just south of Ellisville and went to JCJC then USM. Basically lived in jones county my whole life.

 

truck is back together but needs an alignment, @Taco Nation where's a good place to get one around here?

For anyone else that's wondering.

 

Cool, not to long after we moved here I had an alignment done at delta world tire and they left the jam nut loose on the OTRE. I don't trust them since then and the handful of shops I checked are expensive ($100 or more).

 

how do you like those headlights? they look great but ive heard some bad things about the output

 

Another taco down in Hancock county, silver 2nd gen went off of 603 just north of jordan river bridge, lucky the tree caught them before they went into the river.
