It might come down to it but I only have a hand full of tools with me. My tool box is 3 hours away. I have a 6" lift that I'm adding 3" to so 37's will clear. Wont be just the leveling kit.

Not the safest thing but aight. Have any mom and pop garages nearby. You may be able to catch them late in the day and pay for use of a bay and their tools.

Drove home to work on the truck and got another $69 alignment at Allen Toyota. Should be my last alignment for the month. Still have to finish trimming the cab mount hopefully tomorrow

Are there a lot of folks around the Hattiesburg area? Looking at relocating to that area and just wanted to see if folks had recommendations on places to hit/avoid.

Typical small town college town. Why the move?

The ‘burg is in the middle of everything and in the middle of nowhere. It’s about 2 hours from Jackson, if you feel like getting shot at. Little under 2 hours from Nawlins, if you feel like getting shot at. About the same to Mobile, if you feel like getting shot at. Maybe 3 hours to Baton Rouge. But there’s also all the things to do in those cities if you know where to go and what to do.

We’ve got a fair amount of bars: college bars, old folks bars, hipster bars, homo bars, country bars, micro brew bars. Good eats: Letha’s BBQ(best in the world), high end southern, authentic Mexican, steak houses aren’t all that, some downtown black tie type establishments. One gun range. Several really good golf courses. Regular mall...and a dirt mall, too. No public trails for offroading (that I know of). There’s a drag strip not far away, if you feel like getting shot at. LOL.

    Whachu wanna do?

Moving from Brandon down there for a new job. Just wanted to get some feedback on the area. Not big on the college scene anymore... in my 40s now, but that doesn't bother me either. Glad to see some good golf down there... probably going to hit those. Isn't Timberton down there?

Yep. Timberton and Shadow Ridge. I don’t play though. The coast and casinos are about 1.5 hours away. Minor league baseball, hockey, and plenty of concerts with bands/groups you’ll remember.

I could handle some decent concerts... been a long time since I've been to one. We don't have the greatest choices up here around Jackson.

Got them brand new still in plastic inside the box from a guy that ordered them for his truck but traded it in for a Z71 before he ever got them in the mail he told me he paid over $500 and let me have them for $250! Can’t beat a good craigslist find
