I’m working on getting a set of Off Road shocks and want some input on putting them on my Sport.

I was thinking of only putting them on the back and leaving the front as is. Does anyone know how much only doing the back will change the ride? What about the opposite, replacing the front but not the back?

Is this a bad idea? Do I need to have the front and back match for safety reasons? Anyting else I should think about (aside from getting some other brand or type of shocks).

Go for it, the Sports are too rigid in the rear and actually have a higher rate of failure.

You'll just have blue shocks in the front and yellow in the rear.

This will not affect your truck as far as safety or pre-collision sense is concerned.
