    Yep. I'm using this thread for inspiration, I already have the fiberglass rollpan ready to go.

    Of course I have to get the thing a clean title first... or if that doesn't work it'll be my new trailer.

    I REAAALLLLY don't want to, but if I can't title it I don't know what to do with it. The whole reason I found the truck in the first place is because I was searching Craigslist for a bed to make a trailer out of.

    Has WAY too many miles for any of the drivetrain to be desirable, and the interior is basically garbage.

    Oh that would be fun... but I'm trying to turbo my DD which would be eating up my budget. Fun thing about living in California is I have to make it removable every two years.

    I gotta ask... are you one of those lucky SOB's who lives in a non-emissions county or do you have it in with someone at a SMOG station?

    Because a SMOG tech will have a heart attack opening my engine bay and seeing a turbo on the block.

    Lucky SOB... I have another car that I can't transfer the title for because it won't pass SMOG since the battery sat dead for a year and non of the sensors are ready. How the hell am I supposed to get the car ready for SMOG if I can't drive it?

    Get a temporary permit from the DMV. I can ask my guy... but it's unlikely he would do a car so far lol but it's worth asking.
