interior cab with rear-view display is cool, good location. if you need the license plate swing-up mount, you can have mine. if you are not aware of bentrodders bed supports, you might want to check them out, seems like he still might have a set.

Interesting, just checked them out. I didn’t even consider stiffening the bed. Have you noticed a difference? I was planning on getting the frame boxed and stiffened in the rear, but the steel bumper really did a good job at that so far. I might need to consider these before putting in my fridge and drawers.

Hey thanks for the offer, I am hoping my bracket should show up in the mail soon. Why aren’t you using yours for the rear bumper?

not sure I notice the difference, but bed supports I believe are good idea as additional support with the Habitat. I suppose we could say the Habitat itself adds to the rear of the bed some support. Tacoma just does not have an impressive bed, so I'm happy to have added these. Bentrodder is just up the highway, he did my cab-mount-chops as well.
I fastened the license plate direct to bumper. I don't need the hitch mount.

Mounted Eezi-Awn table. I have another mount going in to the left for the habitat poles. I had to flip the panel inserts so they would fold up correctly. I actually prefer them this way, much more ergonomic...I think. Haven’t had too many nights yet in the Habitat.

this is a new window option that AT is adding to their lineup, blackout/bug screen or open

Kitchen setup so far. I’m planning on having a gas powered deep fryer on a swingout, mounted to the hi-lift jack for cooking tempura. There are some great designs made for sailboats that will keep the fire hazard and grease to a minimum. Loosing the factory tailgate plastic is a plus!

Ended up adding airbags, I am shocked at how much the truck has responded to the extra weight of everything. Might be a temporary fix until I get around to suspension upgrades.

Hidden safe built into the backside of the hitch receiver. Out of sight, out of mind.

Fridge came damaged pretty bad. With all the gear that I have been receiving during this build, I have delt with alot of damaged goods. Makes you appreciate when things go as planned.

    Yes it is going back...

Next project is to get this beast mounted to the Habitat with a tire carrier spindle bearing in the middle to allow it to rotate 180 degrees. Don’t think I will be getting to this until after my move.
