Nah I don't need all that jazz. Last year's Moab trip was a good test to see how my truck would handle a long trip. Everything I needed + more was in the back seat, bed, or rooftop basket. So no need to move the spare and jerry cans from the bed to a swingout.

Plus I didn't want to add length to the truck. There was this one obstacle last year where a guy had to take his spare off his swingout so that he can get through this huge dip.

I mean, I think the look is pretty sick, but not worth it for my needs.

 yeah that was one of the big reasons why I went ATO. Eric has really good stuff and I want to support his business, but the lead times are just way too long for me. Especially bc I already sold my rear bumper and don't have any bumper at the moment (zip ties holding the license plate :D)

Hopefully you have your bumper by Moab. I mean, it's in 5.5 months!

I know the feeling.( my last pic of my truck was bumperless with ziptied plate) lol At least mine is at BAMF, so it's not too far.

yea I saw it last time I was there. Just getting it powder coated, yea? It's probably easier for the guys to work on your truck with it off anyway.

Curious why you decided to go DOM? Most people just run HREW and are just fine.

Cuz I had some cash and I figured why not? My trail gears have two large dents. I also got the larger square tubing and the 2 piece kickout.

Btw last weekend was first time I've seen your truck without topper. Looks good both ways but I'm partial to the topper :) some pics popped up on my tv of your truck from when we went to slick rock in August, crazy what two bumper changes can do for the look!

For some reason I thought I was in nicks build ^ oops! Anyways, good excuse to say hi to you too Mj :) hope all is well with you and your fam- look forward to seeing the new bumper on your rig!

Im glad you did too... Now I want a camper shell though with a roof rack. Then have jerry reinforce it somehow for an RTT.
