MO bans all federal gun laws. WTF does this even mean for us?

My monkey brain needs help understanding this.

My current understanding is that Missouri will no longer enforce federal firearms regulations at any level...?

Does that mean MO manufacturers will be able to market different products to MO residents?

What does this mean for 80% builds?

If an individual builds something that is against federal regulations, would only a federal agent be capable of enforcing any laws? I'm not condoning this, it's just a thought exercise. (I've never really heard of such a thing, but I image the ATF and FBI may step up their presence and activity here.

Will state courts stop processing cases involving Federal laws? I have no idea if there is a precedent for this

 

It basically means that this law will never take actual effect because it will be tied up in the courts until it ultimately dies.
