once you make it to the top you really just lose your shit, the view is breathtaking and words do not do it justice. You really do feel like you are on the top of the world. It was super windy 50mph gusts so the cliff was howling at top it really added to the vibes.

once you start heading down it doesn't get easier.... I used my skid and sliders quite a bit on this section. I wouldn't recommend this trail without those and a good set of tires.

Nice trip! The second part of TOTW is definitely more technical. I did it without a tcase skid twice but you definitely have to be careful. If I would have seen this thread a bit sooner I could have given you some advice but it looks like you did a great job! Fins and Things was my 1st trail out there and TOTW was my 2nd.

Did you make it to the Dome plateau overlook? Equally as breathtaking as TOTW. There's an arch along that trail too. If I remember correctly it's near that ledge you posted earlier.

Good to see another 2.7 chugging away out there! How'd you like Floyd Hill just outside of Denver?

Nice trip! I'll be heading that way again in the next year or two. I did the White Rim Trail back in the 90s and had a blast. It certainly wasn't at technical as your trip. The scenery is magnificent!

White rim was on the list but due to flooding the trail was shut down. And yes I really wanted to push/find the limits of myself and Taco... I did some crazy obstacles that looking at them I'd say "no way" at first then as we got closer I would go fuck it and hit em... lockers would be nice for sure but I handled most climbs with just knowing when to go easy and when you punch it. Used the ebrake a few times too. But for the most part I made every section the books "recommend a locker" for with a steady clutch pedal and good wheel placement.

yes sir it was an absolute blast! Gotta get together and do some wheeling

Here comes day 2! today we did dome plateau a moderate trail with hard sections. we took the longest option possible these were some of the more technical sections although i did forget to take pictures of the two or three hard climbs just because we were really chugging through and didnt feel like stopping this trail is totally doable if you run a 3" lift with decent rubber.

IMG_4394.jpg IMG_4440.jpg IMG_4485.jpg IMG_4524.jpg then used the afternoon to go sight seeing
