Hey guys, I’ve got one more question.

I bolted the sliders on and the driver side is currently only secured by the 4 large bolts. All of the holes for the small bolts are beings used brake like clips, and the bolts for that computer box thing.

Is this how it is supposed to be?
    Its a 2019

Yeah they mailed me the bolts and stuff i needed.
Still wondering if the passenger side is intended to be secured by only the four large bolts though, all the small bolt holes on the 2019 model are used by other stuff like brake line fasteners

The Overland Sliders bolt on in the 4-6 holes available on both sides using 1/2" grade 8 hardware.

Yes please shoot me over some pics of the Mobtown Overland Sliders. I am in the market for a set right now and I am trying to decide between the HD and the Overland. I hit the trails maybe four times a month and no rock gardens yet so I think the Overland style will be sufficient. Pics please and have you ever landed hard on these sliders? How are they holding up?

FOR REAL!!?? 20 WEEKS!! as in 5 months!! So the 4-6 week build time on the website is a no go huh?
The sliders do however look amazing! How have the "medium" duty Overland sliders held up for you? Have you jacked up the truck with them yet?

Yea i would beware their shipping times are a bit inaccurate as I'm going on 14 weeks now. And if you're trying to get ahold of @Mobtown Offroad about your order, good luck. I probably won't be buying anymore products from them as I've had a pretty sour experience so far.

That is very discouraging to hear! I placed an order a few weeks back for some skids and I wanted to go full Mobtown protection however you are the second person who has suggested I go to another company because of the inaccurate wait time posted on their website and poor customer service. I had a nightmare experience when I ordered some custom Glock parts one time. Took over a year to get them and cost me $700. This kind of thing is stressful for me especially when the company does not respond. Thank you for letting me know!

Yea i can't stand it. I have a lot more armor to buy and I guess I'll be going somewhere else. Also I'm dealing with @RayRRW for a hidden winch mount on my 3rd gen and they've been excellent. Replied to me about its status same day.

I am unsure what to say at this time to make it better we are doing our very best to get back to people as well as get caught up and ship products on time.

We are literally a two person company right now, myself and a fabricator. I do literally everything (fit, weld, finish, customer service, shipping/receiving, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, production management, website updates, new product development, running tube bender, plasma table, etc) and my fabricator fits, welds and metal finishes. It isn't one person asking for an order update, it is 10-15 people a day and when it takes 10-15 minutes per person to stop what you are working on, get to a computer, look up all the information needed, you can see how time adds up very quickly and it kills hours per day of production time. The constant comment we get is "If you're so busy, hire more help." We try and try and try to hire help but finding a skilled fabricator, in our area is extremely difficult (very rural area). On occasion I will find someone worth hiring, spend 4-6 months training them and getting them up to speed and then they quit... I am still actively trying to hire someone to work in the office just to take over that so we can get back to people on time and I can do fabricating more to assist in getting caught up. I had someone hired who was perfect, supposed to start today and then this past Thursday she contacts me to tell me she was exposed to COVID-19 and now has to stay home for 14 days... On top of all of this, most of our suppliers were shut down for weeks if not months, which had a trickle down effect and we are at the bottom.

So again, please be patient with us as we are doing everything we can. Customer Service is suffering right now, as are lead times and we are doing everything we can to right the ship. It is not going to be an overnight fix but we are working and will not let quality suffer.

I am not intentionally not getting back to you. If you emailed or called, and I did not reply then I am sorry. What is your order number and I will see where we are at.

Thanks for hitting us up and giving us the skinny on your situation. It is totally understandable too. Especially with Covid right now. Please understand, which I think you do, that if someone dishes out a couple grand of their hard earned money they expect results. Even if there is a legit reason for a delay it still remains that the money is no longer in the bank and there is no product to show for it. Then on-top of that to not get a response from the people you paid is even worse. Now I am not singling you out or saying this is how you run your business this statement is in general as I only placed my order a few weeks ago and I am going to give it a good 2-3 months before I start to worry. Patience is a virtue so they say but that will only go so far. To be totally honest I will still probably order the rest of my armor from you because I like your work and I am not in a super rush to get it. Plus what I have seen on TW you get back to people eventually and explain the situation. BTW... I 100% agree with you. Hire someone to handle the clerical side of things!! That will free up so much of your time it is not even funny. Take this message I am writing for example. Now you have to read this, maybe respond, you are more stressed because people are talking about going with another company and your not able to meet deadlines. I do not know you but from your responses on TW I can tell you are a good guy and you want your customers to be happy like any business owner would want. Keep up the hard work and thanks for the reply.

You are correct on all fronts. I too would get nervous or be upset when spending large sums of money with no response, I’ve been there on items I have purchased for my hobby. I did have someone doing all the clerical work last October. It was so much easier on me to focus on production. The unfortunate part was in the four weeks that she worked for me, she wrote herself $6k in checks from the back of the checkbook and forged my name. I caught it when I did the monthly reconciliation. But hey, she got slapped with multiple felonies and I got most of the money back. I’ve been trying to rehire ever since.

Yeah, it was a damn mess. I figured all this out the night before I leave for SEMA. So I was dealing with police while I was out there and had to have my friends spot me while I was there because the bank closed all my accounts. lol

As do I. I have a phone interview with another good candidate this evening. Fingers crossed.

I've called and left a message and emailed 3 times. You replied to the second email but weren't in the office so you couldn't look up my order. Never heard from you after that.

Sorry about your situation but it doesnt make it any less inconvenient. I've been trying to plan a trip back to Idaho to see my folks all summer long but don't want this to show up while I'm gone. My order number is 14230

They are shipping this week. We ran all parts Friday to get them prepped for weld. They’re going through weld tomorrow.
