Whoa, the site has actual ordering options now. Nice. So much better.

Should I be concerned that I haven't received any responses to my order I put in last month during your last sale? I tried to include some options in the comments that weren't available online at the time and was expecting someone to follow-up. It's also a little disconcerting that the sale price I was quoted over email then is higher than the current sale price with the same discount and same options. It'd be nice if someone could DM me or email so I know that things are getting squared away.

 

I’m trying really hard to get back to everyone. Unfortunately emails and phone calls are coming in faster than I can keep up with so we came up with a solution. @EatSleepTacos is going to start helping with customer service. We got him set up on our servers yesterday and he and I will be making a team effort to get everyone taken care of. Once we get back in the shop after the holiday we will be going at it.

Sliders are sitting around 12-16 weeks at the moment. Promise it’s worth the wait, but of course I’m biased lol

1 * on Yelp from me because of the rude new customer service associate. If you are curious this is what it reads.

“So I called MT today to enquire about their service. Heard from the grapevine their new Jeep lineup of products was going into production soon. The phone was picked up with a scruffy “Jellop!”. Awkward right? Yes it was. I proceded to ask about a hybrid FRONT bumper with a spare tire swing out, triple jerry can option, & a 52” LED bar build in. After a moment of creepy silence his response was “go park your jeep in front of a rain gutter so it can commit suicide like your Tacoma!”. I am still having grieving issues and to be treated like this by Randall was flat out heartbreaking.
