Sorry for the delay fellas, we are at the Toyota Takeover in Rausch Creek in Pennsylvania wheeling.

I've attached a couple photos to hopefully help an Ill get install instructions made this week.

Pic 1 shows the formed piece bolted to the transfer case skid plate. It thru bolts using 3 3/8-16 bolts, 6 flat washers and 3 nylon lock nuts.image.jpg

Pic 2 shows the transmission and transfer case skid plate bolted thru the transmission cross member. Remove the factory bolts and replace with 4 3/8-16 bolts, 8 washers and 4 nylon lock nuts.

    image.jpg

Pic 3 and 4 shows how the beam clamps are installed. They thru bolt in the formed piece we supply that is bolted to the transfer case. Orient the clamp on the inside of the chassis where it begins to box at the front. Pass the bolt from the back side of the clamp thru the bracket facing you and then fasten with 1/2-13 bolt and nylon lock but.

You will remove all factory skid plates and reuse the hardware off the front skid plate. The front skid plate bolts to the transmission skid plate with two 1/2-13 bolts, 4 flat washers and two 1/2-13 nylon nuts.

Thank you, with the proper instruction I was able to complete the install in about 10 minutes.

One more question, did I need to remove these or not?

No, throw them away. Or save them if you ever want to put the stock stuff back on

Awesome, I was about to soil my pants thinking that I needed to put them back. Thanks for the help. Enjoy the Toyota takeover.

Great product @Mobtown Offroad . I put mine to use last weekend, got some good scrapes, but no dents, for some hard hits on the rocks. Installation was easy once we figured out to re-use the stock bolts. Additionally these fit fine with Demello bolt on sliders.

Pro-tip on installation: use a floor jack to get the plates up, don't do it by hand. Also having a helper to align the plates while you start bolts is the way to go.

@jowybyo my credit card is burning my fingers and I'm tossing between Mobtown and Pelfrey, are you still offering the discount?
I want all three in thin steel.
I wanted to know if the transfer case plate is for the stock exhaust or not.
I have a 2nd gen, does the front skid have the access port?
Your site cart states in stock on all three but it also states 1-2 week lead... when would the plates ship?

No. The discount was a weekend deal.

Yes, the transfer skid works without reroute get your exhaust.

Yes, the front skid will still have the access port.

They are in stock but require a little bit of welding before we ship them. We like to have a small lead time in case something comes up and we can't get them out right away. Likely they will ship much faster.
