No. In this application it doesn’t make sense to do so. Heat treating will harden the material BUT we already are telling everyone that although you can hi lift and it’ll take light abuse we are also telling you upfront it is not going to survive hard impacts like steel.

Other than wall thickness, are these generally the same dimensions as your steelies? Kickout and non-kickout?

Holy CRAP! Those look great. I am soooooo tempted to put my steel ones up for sale and get in on this... /sigh.
Got any with fill plate and kick out options, that is what I'd be looking at... (No PC on these beauties!)

I may have missed this detail, but are the production units going to be MIG welded with the spool gun that's in the photo, or will they be TIG'd? Thanks!

    Loose nut behind the wheel.
Looks awesome. Do the 0° ones stick out a little farther than the 20° ones? I read 20° sticks out ~2" beyond the door crown.

Do you anticipate this GB being a one-time thing, or will they be put on the website too? These are exactly what I'd like to have but with a home purchase coming up dropping this much cash is a no-no.

If we consistently sell them like we do our steel ones then they’ll become a standard product. But to sell them at this price we have to do it at 20 sets.

I want to help you guys hit the 20 and get in on the deal. I just can't carry the difference right now. Wow these are nice though. (I am also hoping that November will bring another nice BF sale. I really want the bumper/swing out setup. Too. That is likely to be my big$$ month this year. (Im ok going cash in hand to an empty pocket in November)
