Having a real hard time with fitting this up. Unless the studs that it bolts to are maneuvered to point down very far the bottom won't clear. Any advice?

The main flange that attaches to the truck, that slips over the studs I believe is wrong. We ran a batch and that part was made wrong on the press brake. But that was months ago and we took care of the people that it happened to.

A fix would be to slot the holes vertically where the studs on the mount plates stick through. A handy tool for this is a rotary file.

Has this been sitting around a while?

If you can, call me. It is easier to explain in person. I am still up.

Thanks way off. Mine wasn't even close to that. Bolts lined right up. I'd request new one to be sent or let them fix the issue. I wouldn't be happy - after spending the time removing all the front parts and attempting to fit, only to find out they sent ya a part that doesn't fit. Just saying.....
    Good luck.

Nothing but great? Well.... I'd say they were ok, but NOT good and certainly not great. Sorry. Speaking from personal experience overall.

Using your personal experience to try to create hate and anger is innapropriate. We handle any and all customers issues to the best that we can and arent satisfied until youre satisfied, too an extent. Some people are just never happy. If you had or have an issue with a product of ours, contact me. Im unsure who you are because we have no way to track customers on this forum through their user name. I need a last name or 4 digit order number.

Joe - I'm not some troll scrolling through TW spreading hate or anger. And my response is totally appropriate, giving my own personal experience with your product and service. I'm a working professional, married with children, and use my Tacoma for fun and play. My time and money are valuable to me, and like other members here, I trust the opinions of others on this board.

I'd be happy to contact you again. I've sent you messages/emails. You only responded to the initial one right after the purchase of the Mobtown Offroad product. In that response you commented 'to make good on things', but never followed thru. I did follow up with you without any returned messages. Without response, I just took the loss and moved on.

I've been on here for a number of years and make all my purchases from the TW supporting vendors. I'm always honest about products. Just this evening I've recommended another member to your Front Recovery Bar (Please see the 2nd Gen general forum). In my statements I've never complained about your products. I even stated that mine bolted right up. However, the customer service and follow-up is poor. And please don't make the excuse of "I'm a small operation", lots of others here are also. Hence my statement - overall I had an ok experience with your company. Like it or not, it was MY honest experience!

It's not that I'm in the group of "some people are just never happy" - that's quite insulting and reflects in your customer service. Very immature and non professional. I'd be happy to explain more of the details for all to see if you'd like, but THAT would be inappropriate sir!

    I just emailed you Joe.

I'm very happy with my recovery bar and my installation went very smoothly. It blends in with my truck so well you have to do a second look to really see it.
