    Johnny,

I'm sorry for your experience. I did get your email and this one is on me. I went ahead and refunded your full shipping charge as a courtesy. You should have received an email from me confirming this.

Sometimes things fall through the cracks and we just need a little reminder. We are growing quickly and learning along the way. We have lots of ideas on how to streamline our customer service process, but it will always be a work in progress. I hope you will give us a second chance in the future.

    Sincerely,

    Joe B.

As Joe stated here - they not only made our past deal even, he did one better and refunded the full shipping charges! It may have taken a period of time and some reminding, but he did better than the average company would do to make a customer happy!

The Mobtown Offroad group has earned back a customer. I'm looking forward to giving more of my hard-earned money to MO.

Their products are great. Shipping was quick. And, they put customer satisfaction over money.

They're designed to have the 2" receiver in the center which you'd install the winch cradle in to.

Just curious where everyone is mounting the plug for the winch cables? I have a Warn 9000lb winch. When mounted in the hitch, the cables are on the passenger side of the winch. Thanks!

    Fuck you Joe.

Told my wife I had to go outside real quick to take pics of the truck. She rolls her eyes and tells me to take out the trash.

Then she yells out that I need to take the dog out to pee.

So yeah, fucking cold. Fucking dark outside.

    Here's some pics:

My cables are also on the passenger side. I don't have any fancy bracket holding the Andersen Connector.

Here's the Anderson connector tucked into the valance hole created when you cut parts of the valance to allow for the recovery points.
    IMGP6659.jpg

Here's where I simply pull out the connector
    IMGP6660.jpg

Make sure you have plenty of cable slack behind the valance/bumper/grill so you can pull out a decent length of cable. You will need the extra length to grab both connectors and yank apart. Attaching/detaching the two connectors takes a good amount of manhandling and strength. Similar to @jowybyo 's manliness and power.
    IMGP6661.jpg

Here's where I shove the connector back into the hole.
    IMGP6662.jpg

    IMGP6663.jpg

Here's the link to my setup

Note there are better pics in this link than the pics I took in the dark and cold tonight.
