@HolyHandGrenade - Wondering if you got an exhaust reroute? I wanna order same RCI skids but should I get the reroute done first, and get the right T-Case skid?

No reroute for me. Pretty sure it's the same skid either way. You just don't use the spacer bar if you've done a reroute. I think.

Sale is still going on for free DOM tubing!

Also, in the past day we have had 2 customers ask for sliders shipped to Hawaii. Cost to ship one is expensive, but the more sets, the cheaper it is for the customer. We want to see if we can get a group buy for sliders to Hawaii. Have two interested now, would like to get 5. PM me if interested.

@Mobtown Offroad Joe or anyone else who has installed the mobtown bolt sliders. step 2 where I put the rectangle washer with welded nut...it slides down almost disappering (unless I'm putting it in the wrong spot). My worry is when I put the slider on in step 3 will I be able to access that washer..see pic. that's the washer peaking out a bit

    Thats the correct spot.

It is difficult, but doable. Keep everything loose, use a screw driver to hold the washer in place and then thread the bolt in. Ive done on many sets and others have too. This is the most difficult one.

IMG_0346.jpg @Mobtown Offroad ok thanks..also on step 3: It looks like I have 2 different sets of bolts in the bag - one really thick one (4 total) and then a bunch of smaller bolts that look all the same. In step 3 I'm asked to use 2 different bolts but one doesnt seem to be one of those large bolts so that leaves me with one size to bolt to the cross member from step one and one to bolt to the front end where I placed the rectangle washer...they both appear the same size to bolt into but in step 3 it asks to use the 10.9 and the grade 8 3/8...- Am I missing something? As you can tell i work in an office

All my bolts have the 6 lines on the head telling me all are grade 8

@Mobtown Offroad or anyone else. I am stuck on this part. I can't for the life of me get this part to go in flush; therefore, I can't screw in this front part. I have the slider "loose" as far as I can do. The back of the slider is tight when it goes on so it actually sits on without any bolts so I'm trying to keep it loose but to no avail.

Any help much appreciated or anyone in north carolina possibly want to make any money and help me install these? I'm on hour 4 and I don't even have one bolt in yet.

Did you try to start that bolt before putting any of the other bolts in? When I put mine on, I got that bolt started first, then worked my way back.

I didn't. I had to take it all off and will restart it tomorrow. Question about that bolt with the rectangle washer and nut...how does it catch? It seems like I would need something on the other side holding the washer/nut in place as I screw in

I head it in place with my finder through the hole in the transmission crossmember and then bolted it in. It is for sure the hardest thing about installation.

When I put mine on, I just slipped that wide washer into the hole, put the slider in place, then used my fingers in the lower hole to push it up in place. Once I figured out that I wasn't going to lose the washer in the frame, it was actually pretty easy. (Esp. since I had do it a couple of times lining everything up.)

I have the same amount/type of bolts along with the same confusion. Did you figure it out?

Talk to Mobtown. They are sending me 2 bolts for the step 1 attachment but for now you can re-screw in the bolt that you took off from the Toyota to start. I also was missing a large number of the split lock washers and a few nuts; had to grab some regular washers from my garage. That being said, do step 2 first - the step where you put the rectangle washer with welded on nut in the crossbar opening. It also helped to have someone else helping me. Definitely think it's a 2 person job.

Other situations to watch out for. Step 8 where you bolt the beam clamps on. On driver side I couldn't get the left one on. The gas tank is in the way even after I removed the gas tank skid. I'll have to get a shorter bolt for that. I did forget to use the washers with the long arms so that was a pain but everything has worked out so far. I still have to add a few bolts after I get some washers but for the most part I'm good

@Mobtown Offroad Like the product and would recommend but someone needs to pay attention to the nut/bolts/washers bag.

Happy to see theyre installed and that last beam clamp, again, is really tight apot but it does fit with skid plate removed. Then reinstall skid plate. Takes a little finesse but it does go. And youre right on hardware, I am a majority one man band for the time being. I have a business partner but currently it is all me for production. Ive already made a check list so this never happens again.
