    @EatSleepTacos

    You could always buy it without the basket and if you decide you would prefer it, buy it later. It is a bolt on option.

    This is why I went single and mounted it sideways. I originally had it the other orientation, but hit it on some rocks.

    Always in process
    Question on the transmission skid plate (with reinforcement ribs): Does the rear of the skid sit against the factory cross member? Or in the event of the truck dragging over something would the whole weight be on the 4 bolts at that point?

    Agreed!! Not sure if Joe has holes on the side for sideways bolt on (mine is welded) but I'm sure he could add that. Also here's the table. I added it myself but very similar design to Joes. It's so damn handy

    I'm not sure, but I can say that I had that exact set up and rested the weight of the truck on that skid and there were no issues or bent bolts or anything.

    So shiney, and purdy!
    It's purdy! I'm still looking for change in the couch before I pull the trigger on the setup.

    A new bumper means I need to account for revamping my rear suspension before install. Good thing there is a 12 week lead time :rofl:

    1. This is a Bruteforcefab rear bumper. I had the Rotopax mount at first, but found I never used it (the jerry can pictured is water, and I rarely use it also).
    2. The jerry can mount is from ebay, as a "vintage" WW2 mount for a jeep. I welded it on myself. I have no issues with it being that long, and have barely hit it on rocks. The profile of the jerry can mount is about as long as the spare..
    3. I ordered the bumper bare, but only because I plan on adding a table that I will make myself.

    below pictured is when the tire was mounted vertically. Also I had 33s in this picture.

    It's really not too large of a gain in weight! The stock bumper and hitch is like 80 lbs. It's fucking heavy. You're really only adding 80 lbs over all (not including spare and fuel)
    Just look for the cooler truck and you'll know which one is mine :wink:

    I only have a 3pc AAL in the rear. Then adding a full size spare, can/RotoPax, plus a jack will probably make me squat. RTT, bed bars, and a WaterPort don't help either.

    Just look for the guy who actually uses it to it's potential rather than get scared of rocks and you'll know which one's mine :boink:

    @Mobtown Offroad do the 2016 IFS skids have "mobtown" cut into them like the pictures on the site?

    4-6 week lead time accurate? Planning on doing the full steel skid trilogy but that lead time is off-putting.
