I recieved my Sliders from Mobtown a little over a week ago. They are definitely heavy duty. I started the install yesterday with the help of a friend. Admittedly, I am not a mechanic, nor a fabrication install expert, but I like to work on my vehicles so I can attempt to fix if needed.

I can not figure out where this long washer with the bolt welded to it goes on the install (attached Pic). The instructions are okay, but more illustrations/pics would be helpful. I couldn't find anything online, or youtube for reference. Anyone do the install themselves and able to share some Pictures, please? Also, I only saw one spot it was calling for a square washer, am I missing something? There were a number of them in the parts bag.

I will reach out to Mobtown also, but not sure they will respond before Monday. Trying to finish this project before Monday. Thank you for looking!

It goes inside the frame to help reach the front mount bolt hole in the face front flange.

It helps to use vise grips on the drivers side to hold the bolt/flange in place when getting the nut started. The brake lines make it hard to hold with just your hands. Great sliders, you'll love them.

I like mine even though the mounting holes didn't line up and I ended up having to drill the frame a little to get them on there. Not sure if that was ever addressed or not or If I just got lucky with mine being a few mm out of spec.

Do you have a pic or illustration? Tried to line it up on multiple locations. It faces forward or rear? and installs nearest or at what location?

Don’t know if these help or not. It’s hard to get decent pictures of it.

Outside (it’s the top bolt in this picture.)

It goes inside the frame here reaching forward to get the bolt in the hole.

Man I didn't realize the mounted to that cross member like that. Will they work with Pelfreybuilt skids?

Not sure about the skids, but I'd think you'd want the nut on the other side where it's protected. Shouldn't the bolt point the other way?
