Putting up pallet racks all over the shop to start holding tons of inventory. We currently have at least 50 ribbed skins, 50 smooth plates, 50 tailgate caps for both gens, 50 sets of storage doors and 10 sets of bed bars.

All these parts will be boxed once boxes arrive so all we're doing is pulling from the shelf and slapping a shipping label on it as soon as the order comes in.

Eventually this will also apply to bumpers, sliders and skids. We already stock skids now but they require weld so we are trying to get ahead on those too, have them boxed and ready to go.

 

Damn!!! Thats going to be sweet af!

 

But that's taking away from making things. But guess it has to be done. Heck I would've come over to help. This way u get back to make sweet ass parts. Cmon

 

I am doing it all. Will have the rest of the shelves up and stocked by Monday and then back to welding. The second batch of skids arrived today, 6 more pallets of steel to bring in and get to welding.

Had a shit load of parts come in to prepare for the slider GB too.

Doing what we can to get lead times back down. We got really behind from Black Friday due to a lot of issues that all came on at once. Had supplier issues from our steel tube supplier, the laser house, the powder coater and I had to fire our only other fabricator other than myself. Basically the world fell apart over the past 3 months but we are climbing out of the hole and are making big changes.

 

Stressful for sure!

Not sure really. It'll most likely end up in a divorce from @Lindsay @ Mobtown Offroad , crippling depression and the only family I have will be you guys... I call big spoon.
