I tried looking on your site for directions but couldnt find them

 

I found it easier to do the following:
Put bolt in hand.
Then put washer
Then but nut on
Then put the insert on
Now stay straight a level and put the wrench on the nut and the socket on top.
I find it easier and no drag. Take ur time and you'll get it.

 

Oh and don't let the tailgate go thinking it will open easy. It will come down a little quicker. Also get on it with ur knees in the middle to take the hump away.

Need to get pics, but I finally installed the tail skin!
Excellent product, pain in the ass using the hardware upgrade @ChadsPride gave me, though. Definitely use the recommended drill bit size! And may want to pick up a spare install bolt/nut for rivnuts too. I chewed mine up pretty good with only about 3 left to do. I'm sure I wasn't holdin my tongue right.
I tried to cheat and use a step bit to a 7/16" hole size to drill. DO. NOT. DO. THAT!
I spun one rivnut, luckily, but it was hell getting it out to put in another one. The second one did hold though.

Just curious why isn't it applicable to bolt on sliders?

 

Because we literally just ended a group by three days ago. That is where you would've got the sale price on the sliders. We had to cap It due to the popularity

 

damn, well that's unfortunate for me and great for you!

 

Because we ran a group buy instead. The smaller margins on sliders make them better candidates for batch ordering. A group buy guarantees we get the required minimum orders to be able to offer a discount.

 

I wish I had seen that I guess I'll be SOL for a little bit.
