You may also elect to have your exhaust rerouted... which would give you a little more clearance. Not that difficult or expensive for a local exhaust shop to reroute your exhaust. Typically costs $60- $150.

 

Thank you Sir. That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure if the armor somehow included a reroute. The web page doesn't list any info on it. That clears it up!

 

Ok, that's pretty bitchin. Yeah I can see how that would DEFINITELY yield some good clearance. Also makes the t-case shield a LOT easier to build I'd bet. Thanks for sharing those pictures!

 

@Mobtown Offroad , ordered a front skid Feb 2nd, any ETA on when i might get it? Only email I got so far is a receipt from ur website

 

The standard lead time for skids is 4 weeks, with an additional 2 weeks for powdercoat if you ordered it. With a sale, the influx of orders can cause the lead times to be pushed back a week or two as they fulfill them all. Being as it's been 3 weeks, I'd give it another week or two and ask again if you haven't heard anything. Congrats on the purchase by the way! These things are awesome.

Haha I know the feeling. I ordered their rear bumper mid november, and just got it a couple weeks ago. I was so anxious to get that thing on.

Front bumper parts for the 3rd gen Tacoma prototype arrived today. Still waiting on high clearance parts to come in.

Baja Design Squadron sports round would look better on the front instead of the square! Only my opinion. Cant really tell but there round.

Hmmm, appears to be a flat top design, whats held me back from all the others is the way they curve around the grill..... so ready to see it together!

 

This bumper will follow the perimeter of the grill.
