I saw that @Mobtown Offroad had a GB for TW but shipping to Hawaii was ridiculous. He said if we can get together $4k in sales of skids, he'll cover shipping.

MSRP Pricing, use these numbers to calculate your discount:

3/16" Thick Raw Steel Cost (Moderate to Severe Duty):

    Front: $250
    Transmission: $175
Transfer Case: $225 (Will need to specify if stock or re-routed exhaust)

1/4" Thick Raw Aluminum Cost (Light Duty):

    Front: $350
    Transmission: $240
Transfer Case: $275 (Will need to specify if stock or re-routed exhaust)

Powder coating cost - Not discounted, cost will be added on after discount:

    Set: $150
    Front Only: $100
    Transmission Only: $50
    Transfer Case Only: $50

*Powdercoating available in textured black only. No pink or Yellow. No red or Glow in the dark.

    Shipping:

Go to the vendor's website, pick your items and chunk them in the cart. That's the best way to calculate shipping costs.

    Shipping timeframes:

Bare steel skid plates end of February +/-

Powdercoated skid plates Mid March +/-

Sign up by replying to this thread. Don’t chicken out. You are either in or you aren’t. NO maybe, no waiting on the wife, gf or bf to get permission. There is enough time to make up your mind or find a doctor to sell your kidney or pawn your wife’s jewelry. If you are on the fence to see if it’ll go up to max discount before you jump in, you are HOLDING the group buy back. Don’t be that dude.

*****Notes, fine print, disclaimers, blah blah :lalala:*****

    All hardware included for installation.

Front Skid Plate reuses OEM hardware.

To use the transmission skid plate, you must purchase the front set.

Second gen front skid plates will not have the oil filter access cover - since oil filter is accessed from engine bay

Third gen front skid plates will have oil filter access cover

All front skid plates come standard to work with differential drop.

All skid plates come standard reinforced, both steel and aluminum.

No bolt heads exposed on the underside of the belly on any skids to avoid shearing when on the trails

Only front skids work for 4 cylinder Tacomas.

Thanks @sarakaki for setting this up.

Let's set a deadline to January 31. All orders need to be paid by February 7. Orders will ship shortly thereafter, will try to get them out by end of February.

I'll set up the list below. Comment in this thread with what you want.

Why is there like a square box cut out on the front skid?

It's only used on the third gen, its to access the oil filter. The second gens don't have the cut out.

I am interested in participating. Will the front skid interfere with the ARB Summit bumper or other types of common front bumpers?

So if we don't make the 4K is sakes, everyone just pays for their own shipping?

It shouldn't interfere. But to verify can you send me a pic of where the bottom of the bumper meets the truck?

Yes, but I'm going to offer 25% off the price of the skids to help compensate shipping.
