ok. So I updated my build thread with the info but in case anyone is going to do the same thing as me I made it work.

I did te pelfrey transfercase skid rerouted the exhaust and usually it requires drilling the frame for 1/2" bolts to secure the rear of the plate. Well the mobtown sliders cover that area of the frame and I didn't want to drill they both the frame and the slider bracket. So I mocked it up and found that the rear bolt of the c-clamp lined up with the flat section near where the 1/2" hole is. The back lip of the plated need to be trimmed back, and I had to drill New holes to line up with the clamp bracket hole. It's 39" center to center, the skid is 44" across at the back. Marked of and drilled 3/8" holes thru. 1 test fit, dang it worked!

    Finish pictures

Pretty slick! Nice work. Isn't it great when a plan just comes together?

Thanks. I was really doubting myself knowing how tight the tolerance was for that thing to fit. I was jumping up and down when it was done.

Trust me. My conworkers all think I am nuts. They have seen me cut the front bumper for the cbi install. Then they saw me cut the bed for the pelfrey high clearance rear. When I asked about using the K12 (rotary saw used in fire rescue) they weren't surprised. I trimmed the skid plate and drilled the holes. They gave me an extra hand getting it in place.

    Great tip @mauidogg -

I installed the mid plate last night, then got up in the morning, hung the transfer plate off the front bolts, removed the rear aforementioned c channel slider bolts, pressed the plate up and used a pencil to color the underside of the skid plate through the c channel bolt hole.

Dropped the transfer plate, drilled a 3/8 hole on the pencil mark, done. Had to widen the hole a little, but a really simple install. I didn't even have to grind the lip.

I'll come back later and drill the larger hole.

Glad it worked out for you. I was just amazed at how easy a fix it was. I didn't think about it till I had to put it together.
