Tried. Not much room. I might try cutting the tabs off with an oscillating tool if I don’t need them for the new skid. Any advice on aluminum vs steel?

Not yet. Probably do that. It was 12 degrees so I was in a hurry.

If you're planning on dragging your truck through some rocks, logs etc I'd vote steel. 20181021_111919.jpg (I trashed my aluminum skids while climbing over logs and rocks like those) .

    Good morning Joe!

Last year you guys ran a TaxMan sale this time of year. Any chance of one this year? I’ve got my desperately needed sliders sitting in my cart, but with shipping it’s just a smidge over the budget to keep the wife happy (at least without additional jewelry).

I'm unsure if we are going to. We have been swamped and taking on more work, extending lead times even more in our opinion is bad business and somewhat irresponsible. We are working on getting the lead times back down and that would be a step backwards. I am not saying we won't, but it is a huge maybe currently.

No. You might need to tighten the bolts more.

I’ll try that once it warms up a bit. The slider are stout I thought that may be the issue.
