    THANKS OP.

We are going on a 14 hour truck ride in about a week and I wanted to add some power outlets for my daughter's electronics. You're pictures and write up were a huge help. I didn't have to remove the center console through, I just fished the wire through and ran it to the add-a-circuit.

Thanks for the detailed writeup with pics. I used the wiring part, add a fuse, low pofile, ground, etc. to wire up a 2 USB outlet replacing one of the blanks under the AC/heat/fan panel.

Might be a long shot - looks like this thread is dead.

Im looking to add a 12V socket inside my center console (2019 TRD Pro Tacoma)- to power a Midland radio- so I need the full monte.
My only point of confusion is do I pick any given 7.5 fuse to place the add-a-fuse too? Im tracking pretty much everything else - just want to make sure.

Apologies Im a village idiot when it comes to electrical - but trying to learn.

A few mods here and there and counting....
    Cargo and Dome are acceptable.

Do you have any problems overloading the circuit with multiple devices plugged in?

No issues so far. I tapped into the dome 7.5 fuse, with a add-a-fuse then loaded it with a 7.5 and a 10 amp fuse, and all is well.
I wouldn't suspect much if any issues from this, unless you are double stacking add-a-fuse's.
