    I got 81k out of it. Kinda weird. Oh well. Last time an alternator went out on me was my 1st gen taco. Died while driving down the highway.

    Mine was at almost 210k when it finally just wouldn't fire my stereo amps anymore. It was still putting out about 13.1v but my lights were starting to flicker.

    Nice. It's probably pushing out a lot less power than before, but as long as you aren't seeing the symptoms like sluggish starts and dimming lights, you should be good to keep it going. Max that bitch out.

    9 years for me.... but I've had some seriously f'd up wiring in the past!!!!! Current Alt only has like 30K on it.
