Mod day?? Anybody with a jack/spring compressor feel like helping me w/my suspension?

Is your garage still an option? If so, where are you located? I'd offer up my place but I'm in an apartment complex now. I'd like to get this going... per Chris it sounds like I'll be in the clear with spacers over my 885s, so I'm ready whenever we have a day that works for you (if you're still willing to offer your place).

 

It's looking like Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon. Does either work with your times?

I'm going to have to do my install tonight. I have no free time tomorrow to do them and I got new tires that are being installed Saturday afternoon. If you still need my garage let me know, I'll be more than happy to hang out and help.

 

I put the Relentless bumper, winch, and heavy 1/4" skids on mine and with 886s and OME shocks it works good.
I don't think you will need the 886s either.

5100's done. Really don't need a spring compressor at all. It's not a bit sketchy.

Yes. We did it on Josh's truck but his suspension is different. Did it on mine last night, super easy. There really is no way for that shock/spring to jump out. I had my sway bar still connected so even if it did it would of hit that before it hit us. Honestly for this truck I wouldn't waste my time with a spring compressor as the jack method is that easy.

 

How about Tuesday At Colby's? Thoughts everyone? Colby, are you still up for it? Steve, Chris, nick, can you guys do Tuesday?

I really like them. People say they are stiff and hoppy but I don't agree. Stock is loose and sloppy. These are rather nice, a bit stiffer (I'm at 1.75 preload). I'm saving up for rears because I like them so much. Totally worth it.
