    Please don't do it. Your gonna end up putting in some shitty aftermarket device, its going to be major hack job under the dash with 50 wires cut and spliced into a jumbled mess. Then 5 years later when it quits working, you find the company went out of business, and your truck won't start you'll be in real trouble. No shops will work on it except maybe the dealer and they will charge you a small fortune to rewire things back to normal. I say this as I just bought my truck and found that terrible hack job under my dash and wondering when my impending doom will be.

    That part I can’t really help you. I know guys have installed killswitch before so try searchig around. If it were me I would find a wiring diagram, set aside 20-30min to get my bearings with it, trace what you want to switch, then splice one in where it’s convenient.

    Pulling a fuse is pretty quick and easy if you don’t drive it every day, or don’t mind poping the hood all the time. A club would also be a good daily deterrent as others have mentioned.
