Well, it will really depend on the reason the seals are blowing.

If they're going out because the breather is frozen or clogged and the seal is the weakest point to release pressure, then yes, it will help. (This is what happened to me)

If the seals are going out because of some other issue, like wheel bearing toast, axle bent, etc, then no, it wont help.

Grey wire MOD, deck plate, diff breather MOD, 2nd gen. OME 883# on Tundra 5100's, OMD custom 3" leafsprings, rear shock relocation, Ivan Stewart TRD rims w/285/75/16's, '02 bumper MOD, Famous Fabrications sliders , LED interior/exterior lights, bed bar, Custom tube bumper, Old school KC day lighters,Red Ring 8" HID flood, Kenwood vhf 2M.. umm some other shit I'm forgetting right now
Not sure why you keep blowing seals but the diff breather mod eztension will keep you from filling your diff. with water when submerging your axle under water & dude YOU GOTTA DO THE GREY WIRE MOD !! I just did it today & it took like less than 30 mins. & worked like a champ !!
