Modifications to fit larger spare tire?

Evening all,

This is my first time posting here so I’m sorry if there’s some formatting procedures I’m not aware of.

I bought a full-sized 33 inch spare tire to go along with my new set of 33s. The new spare impacts numerous parts on the truck, keeping it from lifting all the way into position.

What have you all done to solve this issue? I’m aware bumper-mounted carriers exist, but I’m really trying to keep the look of the truck clean while still being quite functional. I’m not opposed to the idea completely, but I’d rather keep it below.

but basically some people modify or cut their exhausts. Or the tabs near the diff to get a bigger tire in there.
