I'm pretty happy with final paint. Ended up with two coats of truck bed, then lightly sand to knock off the grit, then two coats of semi-gloss. Textured look but fairly smoothe to the touch and hopefully be easy to clean. ;)

I just painted/installed my 4xinnovations front plate bumper; my experience similar (bumper well made/bulletproof, but no supporting instructions and bolt up required some massaging and creativity).
    Two questions for you guys:
--what driving lights are you running?
--what winch are you running? This is stumping me, as all of the 9,000-10,000lb winch's have a big control box that won't fit above the spool. Interested to know where/how you mounted yours before I create a new entry in the redneck diary. I know Adam (4xinnovations) has a list of "compatible" winches, but I think all of them have the same issue with the control box.

Nice job installing. Sorry I cannot help with winch or lights. Offroad bumpers do need them to look their best. Best of luck on your decision. I ready good things about the Smittybuilt (for the price).
