Has anyone modified an Air-on-board or CH4x4 switch to be momentary?

Many switches can be made momentary by pulling a metal bar out of them, but I don't know if those switches can do that or if it would require a new actuator. Best tear down picture I have seen is in this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ch-to-air-on-board-help.508135/#post-16376217 but maybe I missed another one?

I'm wanting to move my traction control switch and possibly the rollover curtains switch to the small blanks below the HVAC panel.
