Your "mods" and mine are clearly on different levels. You're fully justified in dragging your feet.

A man of his word! Love it. You've made it to the mountain peak, it's all downhill from there.

    Looking good so far!

I, on the other hand, am smoking a turkey, drinking beer and watching football, just like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln would have done had they been alive today. No mods today.

I have new Leather seatskins, MESO start button and Chrome delete and a Teknosha brake control. I have had the seat Skins for about 8 months. I just haven't found a time where I can take the truck out for a couple days lol.

Smoking a turkey? I'm intrigued... how do you light it? And what end do you suck on?

I can appreciate the seat skins. I had my Katzkins installed by a shop. It's one of the few mods that I subbed out.

The interior mods and brake controller? Those are simple plug in mods, get your ass to work! ;)

it's weird because I would say the same about your mods lol BHLM? I don't think I would ever be brave enough to throw my headlights in the oven. I'd love to have BHLM headlights but not willing to pay the price or do it myself.

I rather just hack and slash lol tomorrow there's no work so this thread is a reminder that I should get up and do something tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope your family is fat and happy today. Diet starts tomorrow.

Certainly not belittling the delay on simple mods, that's what this post is all about. Just offering encouragement, those PST button mods are easy and a big visual change. Grip it and rip it. I've done them all and was very happy with the outcome.

Edit: also just installed the Tekonsha P3 on my Dad's H3. It wasn't plug and play, had to hard wire and screw it into the dash, so I have a new appreciation for the PNP on the Tacoma. Awesome controller and easy to install. I velcro'd mine to the dash, because I didn't want to tie up my cubby. Good luck!

Didn't take it as such at all. I have some pretty thick skin anyway I can always take a little ribbing lol.

I am glad I am not the only one who drags feet or has other more pressing time constraints on installing modifications.

-I sat on my SSO bumper for over a year before I even had it powder coated.
-I have had the stage 2 wings powder coated in the garage for over a year, still not installed and I have a completely different bumper on order so they will get sold unused with my bumper in the spring.
-Victory 4x4 aluminum transfer skid maybe almost 2 years, still not installed, have full different skid package on order since I will be selling my Pro/Pelfreybilt combo for bumper fitment.
-BD S2 rear light for 2 years
-installed seat heaters when I did Katzkins last summer, still not hooked up
-8 months to even unbox MESO vent rings
-lets not talk about the deavers/fox air bumps etc. yet since I am waiting on shock relocation brackets and need to spec out shocks still

Overall just crushing it on not installing parts and will be burning a couple weeks of vacation this spring to sort the truck out. This truck is a longer term thing for me so I just never find the time

I’m doing much the same but the wife’s a nurse and had to go in today so I figured I’d spend some time on the truck. 90% done and she’s home so to the chair I go. Tomorrow will be a great time to finish it up.

Looks like you have a lot of wiring in your future. Just got mine cleaned up. It's tedious work, but rewarding.
